Ever wanted to know about that home for sale around the corner?
Why not search homes for sale by address?
For example, if you wanted to look up a home on Southshore Blvd and didn’t know the exact address, just type in (without the quotes) “Southshore” and all the homes currently for sale on Southshore will be listed.
Or you could go to: www.LakeOswegoOregonRealEstate.com and using a map based search, zoom into the neighborhood and street that you want and see what is available.

Ever wonder where the boundaries are between the 97034 and 97035 zipcodes are?
Although only a general rule of thumb, the houses west of the Lake, and even more so, west of Boones Ferry Road are typically in the 97035 zipcode.

Lake Oswego has two zipcodes, 97034 and 97035.
Here is a map showing a list of homes in the 97034 zipcode with those having the greatest price reduction shown first.
Notice 97034 is basically east of Boones Ferry Rd. heading toward downtown Lake Oswego.
Once you click on a home you can get more information on neighboring businesses and activity centers by their “Walkscore” or clicking on the “Tools” tab and looking at “School and Community Info”.

You might be wondering what water front homes on Oswego Lake cost.
Allow the map below time to load.
You can move the little hand over the balloon and see a picture of the house at that location.

It gets a little colorful but it is broken down by quartiles.
The first two graphs are over a one year time period.
If you are curious about Average Days on Market or the amount of inventory, you will find this information helpful.
The graph below is over a shorter period of 30 days. Please note that it is not the average price (added and divided by the number of homes) but rather the Median Price (the price at which there are as many homes in the range above it as below it).
